  Seller claims no refunds. Since she STILL hasn't bothered to ship the order I placed almost 3 weeks ago, I demand a refund. I'm not doing business without someone who is incapable of following through. She said she would provide me with tracking that same day that I contacted her; she didn't post tracking for two additional days. Crappy seller and I want my money back since she hasn't bothered to ship what I purchased.
