    From the five dvd cases that I ordered only one has a crack in the top of the case and has since been recycled. I recieved the dvd cases wrapped in a fair amount of bubble wrap and blue packaging with fragile tape around it. No return request has been made for the damaged dvd case because the bubble wrap is reusable and covers the cost of the loss. The seller did not respond to any of the messages I sent to them.
