    Not had a good experience with this seller. I received the item and my customer decided they no longer wanted to go ahead with the repair. I then sent it back to Glowmac Ltd and they are now saying that I returned them a damaged and used battery and not the original quality which they sent out. We had not even opened the customers device and we normally do not deal with this particular type of device so we would not have a used one laying around.

    🚨🚨Be aware of this Buyer, He purchased brand new item and then sent back old used item for refund saying item not needed anymore. When we sent him the evidences (pictures) of the item, he left negative feedback purposely and started blaming us to damage our reputation. All item we sell are brand new and has warranty sticker on it and the item he sent back was used and it did not had our warranty sticker as well.
