Seller didn't send them in time so had to refund, I was out of pocket to be able to buy what I needed on time due to waiting for refund. Then seller was rude to me, when it was her that was out of stock and not realised until after the transaction went through.

We sold out of buyers requested colour. Messaged them and got back in stock before buyer had even bothered to reply to us. Offered to send buyers requested colour by next day delivery. Buyer still asked for a refund. We were never once rude in any way and offered to send next day delivery. Horrid buyer, never replied to us for 2 days and then blamed us. Could have had her order in time but demanded refund. Could have sent and received in time, didn't allow us to. Can't do more than that!

The hair - I’ve been using now for 6 years. It’s lovely. Thick top to bottom. Lasts ages (as long as you look after it). Always a happy transaction. X
