    Item was listed as new with tags, but was received with no tags, stuffed in small ziplock bag smelling bad. Returned skirt for refund. Seller refunded for skirt, but charged buyer for outbound and return shipping. Listed did not indicate buyer responsible for these charges.

As for the smell, all our items are stored in airtight containers in a smoke and pet-free environment. We have never had complaints about smell.
