  Record came in a clean sleeve and cover however the record it's self was scratched up on both sides and played horrible. i asked the seller either for a refund or a replacement record and the seller took offense to my request accusing me of placing a demand which was not my intention. I will except this transaction as a lost and due to miss communication i will remain neutral on this issue, but i will not do business with a seller with an ego problem

  Returns are accepted on all of our records. The buyer made demands instead of asking how can the issue be resolved. We stated the record can be returned for a full refund, however the buyer stated he didn't feel like returning the record and left neutral feedback.
