Purchased a book to give as a present. The item was advertised as new, however the item arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging by the seller. Reached out to Daniel and explained the situation, he offered $10 discount Or I can ship the book back and pay for shipping to get a free refund. Which leaves me with no choice but to basically lose money for having dealt with this ebayer and not have the item that I ordered and paid for.

Excellent Seller!! Fast Shipping to Canada!! CD exactly as described!! You really can't beat Rarewaves over most of the other "big-time" eBay sellers. That actually pack your CD/DVD/Blu Ray in a super-sturdy cardboard mailer so it doesn't get smashed in transit. Too many of the bigger sellers use the flimsiest mailers possible. The cases always get cracked and busted, or the item itself suffers damage. And, only 11 days to ship to Canada with Rarewaves!! A+++++++++++++++
