Fooled by the 100% rating, I ordered a petrol strimmer that should have been brand new and delivered promptly. It wasn't. Send late, the communication by the lady in charge was BS, the item was eventually delivered in non-original box, badly scratched and partially incomplete. It was at best a display item, at worst a return. Better avoid and look elsewhere if you don't appreciate dishonesty and random BS from the seller. My best guess re the high eBay rating - they have new people in charge.

It was explained there had been a mix up which had resulted in the despatch delay and a full and immediate refund offered, it was also explained the machine would be unpacked and tested before leaving our premises, as is our usual practice with machinery sales, again a full and immediate refund was offered and declined. The machine was new and undamaged when it left our premises.
