  Ordered 25 pack Raw 500g mixed bundle, item was delivered within the 2day period but the polystyrene box they were packaged in to keep them frozen while in transit was split. On opening there were a number of food pouches that were virtually fully defrosted and felt warm. I contacted the supplier and explained how I had received the item and their response was to re freeze and seamed to not care whatsoever. I will never purchase from them again and would strongly recommend no one else does.

  Got delivered and smelt like it died 6 months ago! Tried to get in contact with the seller to resolve the issue but no reply hence the reason for the negative feedback! Be careful buying from these people!
