    Poor communication as seller did not respond to 2 messages but did send a counter offer which I accepted. It is a used CV axle and was as described. Boots looked cracked but still sealed in the photos and they were. No clicking after installation. Boots will need replacement soon but it was expected.

    Item arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging. A portion of the part i purchased was smashed and will need to be replaced. Looking at the pictures of the item on ebay, I could clearly see no damage to part. I asked seller for a partial refund to cover the damages to the part. The seller was uncooperative.
