    Item advertised as 'sealed' so paid full price. Arrived with original packaging destroyed but outer packaging completely intact. Seller said, must of happened in the post, mostly likely as the packaging is bio degradable & offered a refund However I'm not convinced, even more so after reading over negative reviews. I had to keep item as sold out everywhere else. Seller also said they maybe able to send a pic of item before packaged. Photo never received, the advert never showed this pic either!

    Hi, You were not happy with the item and you were instantly messaged back to return this item but you wanted to keep the item. I can not understand your feedback as a seller what more can I do when I've offered a refund and still not happy. We do our best to get it right
