"Premium" is something you hear a lot of on this website, but in this case, the cushion REALLY Is premium. I have been in a wheelchair all my life and I have NEVER sat on a cushion like this, and I've had gel cushions before too. Infact, I have just thrown one away because I have this now. It stays perfectly in place unlike other gel cushions. It's in a different league honestly.
