  I received the parcel but without the promised free mug. Unfortunately, there were problems with tracking the shipment - who was responsible? I don't know. I emailed asking for clarification on the lack of a free mug. Ten days have passed since my question and there is still no information from the seller regarding this matter. Communication with the seller is difficult to say the least, the shipment did not contain all the items promised by the seller.
