Fantastic value for money. Ordered this for a spare room and it looks fantastic. Only slightly negative feedback would be on the delivery. It would be beneficial to have had notification of exact delivery date and time . No notifications received just expected date and the goods were left outside a block of flats, driver did not ring to give my elderly parents notice of the delivery. Lucky it was not stolen or damaged. Comms with supplier were fantastic though, so would.highly recomm them.

Very poor service received. The measurements are incorrect after the frame was built. I sent a pictures and supplier was like we measured it and it the size that it says on the packaging. However they failed to mention once all side are joined it measures 5cm more. When I offered to send it back at this point I had disposed the packaging they were like if its not packed correctly they may not refund the item. As I work away I advised the item is no good to me so I will dispose it myself.

Honest review . The company are very helpful with good comunication . The bed for the price i cant fault . The negatives are the company they use for deliveries had split my order so only received half a bed after a week and never did see the remaining . After further discussions with the company they sent out another replacment bed this time all items had been received .

I haven’t opened the boxes yet so will need to update the review later. Just wanted to praise the service provided. Communication with the seller was great. Responded promptly regarding the delivery. On delivery date drivers called me before turning up to give me heads up. They took the bed exactly where I wanted it with a smile on their faces, nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely amazing hassle free service. Great work guys. Thank you.
