Items arrived but 1 short, yet the imagery states buy 2 get 1 free.. it doesn’t state you need to add 3 items to your basket, simply buy 2 get 1 free. I was ordering balloons, I didn’t need to scroll down further & read any info, I ordered what I needed. This needs to be made clearer, not customer friendly.
I reached out to the seller asking which colour I’d get for my 3rd pack & that same day received 2 packs. No response from seller.
