    Advised order despatched by Royal Mail, but product not received, seller advised product must be lost in the mail. Credit issued. I have put one star against the product as this was the only way I could complete the feedback, even though I did not receive or able to use the actual product.

    One of the Bits broke and this rude seller hasn’t even replied back to me Wouldn’t recommend at all, sealed is supposed to have lifetime warranty and sellers like this ruin the name and reputation of Sealey. I’m very very disappointed and saddened, I’ve messaged him 20-30 times and not a single reply.

    A full refund has been submitted to the Buyer for this item. Unfortunately, we could not check the Sockets before they were sent out. Apologies again for the delay we had, this is not normal practice and got missed due an employees sudden absence due to family matters.
