  Item is described. It was sort of packed well. There was a box within a box which was good… The item itself was wrapped in bubble wrap, but loose in the inner box. Nothing was broken, but the inner box should’ve packed better. Felt the shipping cost was high.

We'd like to clarify that when we pack glass we usually lightly suspend the item in the inner box, which may have given the impression of it being loose. As for the shipping price, it's usually the best we can do with the shipping rate per distance + packing materials + time spent + eBay's fees. We strive to make shipping as reasonable as we can.

  Der Ankaufsprozess war etwas kompliziert, da der Verkäufer verschiedene Käufergruppen vom Bieten ausgeschlossen hat. Die Kommunikation war langwierig und kompliziert. Zusätzliche Fotos hat der Verkäufer verweigert. Die Ware ist letzten Endes tip top und völlig unversehrt in Deutschland angekommen. Der Versand erfolgte von Helena in Montana aus. Die Verpackung war gut, hätte aber gröberen Belastungen nicht stand gehalten. Alles in allem gute Ware zu einem guten Preis und servicefaulem Verkäufer.

  The Griswold cast iron skillet 768 square utility small logo was exactly as seller described. It is in great condition. It sits flat on my glass top stove. Seller had it double packed in boxes with bubble wrap and shredded cardboard to keep it from damage during shipment. This is my first Griswold 768 skillet and I am very satisfied with it.
