Our designers make all the changes for you, avoiding the problems of trying to do it yourself online!

    Faulty item received. Seller advised "ebay wont allow us to post another out unless buyer was to cancel the return so if you could cancel the return we can issue". Seller didn't send a replacement and no longer responding to messages. I trusted this information and now eBay support have said their hands are tied to support me because I closed the return and I need to seek a refund via citizens advice. eBay support have made a report on this awful seller. AVOID this untrustworthy seller.

    I ordered a t shirt for world book day and on the 26th Feb now 8th March still havnt received it. I contacted the seller 3 times not being rude or owt to see if it was posted and never had a reply. Opened a case and message the seller for the 4th time again no reply. So had to ask ebay to step in and they have refunded me. I understand Parcels go missing, late ect but to just ignore messages is not very professional.

    I've purchased from seller before and hand no issues but this time I ordered pink set and grey set and neither turned up I had 4 grey tshirts sent instead I have contacted seller to resolve this issue because I've not had this problem before could be a simple mistake
