    Was sent a VERY different hat than the one I received. Bought a thinsulate branded hat that was described as being "thermal". Got a generic hat with a fleece lining and zero Thinsulate or Thermal branding. The hat in the listing clearly states and shows Thinsulate in pic and listing. Tried to contact seller, ignoring my messages. Only buy from here if you want ripped off. Obviously a ebay "wish. Com" seller.

    I was sent the wrong design/pattern so I sent them back. I did it pretty quickly and got a refund almost immediately. After I had already sent them I was given an even better resolution but couldn't do any more about it. I was very happy with the quick refund though so it was altogether positive. I would now not hesitate to buy from this seller due to the amazing response for the wrong item being sent. Therefore 5 stars for the service.

    Meant to be size 16/18. Nowhere near it. More like a 12/14. No sizing on the tag or size label anywhere. See the pics below. How do they know what size they are sending out? Also, when I bought it delivety service listed was Royal Mail 48 hrs Tracked. Sent using Evri. Avoid buying these jumpers.
