    Bad bad bad customerservice. Asked to cancel the purchase immediately. Reqyested cancellation of the 1st September. Got an email this morning stating cabcellation was declined as the item was already posted....on the 3rd September! So they basically ignored my request for two days then used the excuse it was alreasy posted. I now have to send back and pay for the privelage. Terrible customer service. Plus, you can only leave a positive feedback selection. It does not allow you to mark down!!!
