Seller showed a blue color eyeshadow & delivered a silver eyeshadow I ordered 2 of blue eyeshadows on different orders Based my purchase on photo on her listing (see photo) I do not know the names Marc Jacob’s putson eyeshadow so went by picture. Also I never received the second one. The vendor said I could send “it” back but did not address the one that shows delivered but never came to me. I explained this but just received a “delivered” picture and no offer to offset the loss

Customer ordered SAME color "Glitter rock" twice on different days. Both show delivered by tracking. She claims I should have sent a blue and a silver...I sent the 2 Glitter rock (which is silver) as she ordered. I did tell her she could return for a refund. I explained that she can't go by the color from my camera looking through a thick piece of glass that the product comes in, and that both orders said she wanted "Glitter Rock". She didnt want to listen.

Ordered this twice Got 1 wrong color and 2nd did not come to my house. Explained to vendor. She said I can only offer you return never offering to compensate for 2nd I did not receive On additional color looked blue but got silver. Answer was she’s never had blue. See picture for yourself
