    Advertised an EGRcooler which in photos was in almost new condition 2022MFD but what I received was one in a terrible un-usable condition with parts missing & casing snapped off with 2016MFD. Seller did not respond to me and ignored my messages once item was bought. Would have been understanding if they messaged back and explained the mistake Anyway going through ebay claims the money was automatically refunded but it set me back as I had workshop time booked in. Seems the seller can't be arsed.

    None of those part numbers are in our listing, its advertised as this 9807593080. You opened a case right away and we responded via the case, we also refunded via the ebay case as per eBays T&C's on the day it was returned. One small part was missing / damaged, sometimes mistakes happen which we apologized for and refunded in full straight away. Thank you

    Don’t buy anything from this seller. one I didn’t receive the item secondary is not communicated with the customer.  ignoring customer.

    You can see that Royal Mail have scanned the parcel at local post office, you opened a case 2 days after purchase, we sent you 2 messages via the case which you ignored both so we refunded you.
