  As usual, recordsale berlin have sent me an album is excellent condition and at a very reasonable price.. It was well packaged (just as well since the postal system here, or in Germany, managed to scour a large rip in it) and arrived in as advertised condition. I can thoroughly recommend this seller as one of the most reliable (and honest with descriptions) on eBay.

  There was a problem with the item which came to a satisfactory conclusion. The seller was very courteous and respectful throughout and was very communicative whilst attempting to rectify the problem. I still consider this a positive sale because of the sellers reaction once I brought the problem to his attention and he still offered to accept the item if I wanted to return it. Postage was fine, packaging was good and the value of the item to me was fine.

  Die Schallplatte kam schnell und sehr gut verpackt an. Das Cover und das Inlay waren wie beschrieben. Leider entsprach der Zustand der Schallplatte nicht der Beschreibung. Nach Mitteilung an den Kundenservice und Nachfrage einer Lösung wurde mir aber ohne Aufforderung unverzüglich ein weiteres Exemplar zugesandt, was mich völlig überrascht hatte. In meinen Augen ein sehr kundenorientierter, freundlicher + zuverlässiger Anbieter. Ich werde bei Bedarf gerne wieder dort einkaufen. Empfehlenswert
