Listing stated 3 pairs of Lugano 25 C tyres, new other. 3 tyres were supplied, not 6. 1 was used, muddy. All were 23c ( narrow) not 25C. They were at least tyres, not cotton wool . Handed directly to the seller on my next visit, I had to ask eBay to step in as not refund was forthcoming. I also politely messaged to remind seller he had received the tyres back at no extra postal cost.

Product was exactly as pictured and description was fair. In fact the product spec was actually better than described so that was a bonus. Collection went okay but it is not a slick operation in the warehouse. The minus? Communication was awful - multiple e-mails asking about collection times + days over the bank holiday were ignored. if you live locally and are prepared to take a chance on collection, it should be fine. If you are making a long trip, be prepared to take a risk.

Images showed more items than provided in the joblot tray. Despite numerous requests for info about those items, the seller failed to respond. I have no idea what happened to them. If not happy on collection, say so at the time AND insist on proper service.
