Item arrived a week late despite paying for 48 hour delivery (no response to request for tracking info) and badly damaged with two huge rips in the packaging. No response from seller to refund request so case automatically closed but eBay. I now have to find a way to take a 30x40 inch package to post office and wait to get my money back. Pitiful.
