The radiator is a high quality with no plastic parts which is what we were looking for. When I contacted customer service I got an immediate response and they worked with me for a partial refund that was satisfactory to me. Great customer service!! Excellent packaging! Fast shipping! ☺️

I get some piss poor excuses as to why I have not received my purchased item... FedEx tracking shows labeled was made but shows that they have not received the package to send out for delivery. However, the logistics company failed to update the shipping information. Such a situation rarely happens to us. After learning of your requirements, we immediately sent you a new radiator and apologized to you. We have been actively working to solve this problem for you, but we still received negative feedback. We are really helpless!
