Absolute nightmare!! Listing's description was incorrect and still is despite this major cock up! Wrong size was delivered. Order was in someone else's name. Took 6 attempts to arrange collection. Then driver kept coming to collect after it was actually collected. Item had to be repackaged which was very difficult because of size and weight. Seller was very unhelpful and had to keep ringing to sort the problem out. Took a couple of weeks to get refund

Buyer attempted to return the parcel to the supplier rather than to the return address provided on Ebay resulting in more hassle and a delay to the refund process.

My review of the seller is categorically negative! The seller is just a scammer! The seller presented the product as brand new, but this is not the case, the product was used. When I pointed out the evidence to him, the seller, as a mockery, offered to return me 20 pounds. On the contrary, I believe that fair compensation should be at least £70. After which he stopped responding to messages altogether.

Packaging was slightly damaged during transit but no damage to item. Buyer interpreted this as item not being new and became impossible to communicate with. Compensation was offered but refused.
