After encountering an issue with the my order, I contacted the seller, who promptly replied and swiftly moved to make the situation right. They acknowledged the error and immediately dispatched a replacement. I have just received the replacement, which is impeccable, and would still give the seller a positive mark despite the glitch.     Excellent item just as described & working perfectly. Sadly wrong charging cable was sent. Seller did offer to post a new plug & cable if I returned the one I received. Postage was only £3.45 sadly I was charged £7.35 which was a bit j necessary as a small box ‘ bubble wrap doesn’t cost £4.
