    Hello, We did offer to refund the amount to you but as mentioned before we couldn't due to a dispute still being open on eBay. Once Royal Mail has an item in their possession it is not decent to blame the vendor as it is out of our hands. The sensible thing to do would have been to allow us to help you, but you didn't.
