  Sellers communication was excellent responded very quickly, the royal mail lost the item still has not shown up. Seller. Offered to,send another or refund I took the refund because I didn’t want to chance the royal mail losing it again. I commend this seller highly and I wish all sellers would conduct themselves the way they did in this case. If the cannon pinion remover shows up I will gladly send them the money again. I’m very impressed with this seller.

Good seller communication but order let down by Royal Mail which delivered a week beyond their stated date without either giving any reason for the delay or any revised delivery date.
