  Item was obviously as described, service was prompt and communication adequate. Packaging was a little questionable however. Clearly the courier had dropped the package during transit and it cracked the tub. Fortunately i used the product within a few days of its arrival so it wasn't a serious problem, but could have been if storage was planned.

  Fabulous communication with email text even a phone call for best delivery day Just got delivered on a slightly large pallet by the haulage company which wouldn’t fit though my gate But lucky the driver lifted it off the big pallet and the stove was on its own small one But over all fab burner great company
