The problem was even though the website said they would fit my motorcycle, they did not. I returned them in perfect condition and expected a full refund including postage. Seller refused to refund postage even though the auction says free returns. Trying to get eBay involved was impossible as there is no direct line to customer service.

They are slow to respond and I mean days not hours.... the instructions were also not available for installation for several days. The parts they sent were shoddy and not well crafted. The plates and pins they sent do not match the ones in the pictures as far as hole sizes, threaded holes, smaller pins in larger holes and lots of slop in the linkage. The product is not worth almost 400$
