      I had to poke them on the fourth day to see where my product was. There was never a tracking number or anything provided and the item delivered one day after the estimated window. I'm going to assert customer service is not exactly their top priority. Product did arrive as pictured. Probably won't get a feel for use within the feedback window but I'm guessing it will be okay.
