  This was an excellent customer experience which was obvious from how the item was presented for sale. It arrived this morning professionally packed and presented and ready to wear immediately. The communication throughout was first class from the seller and their courier. This seller is a master class for any seller wanting to impress their buyer. I used to get my shirts made by Thomas Pink for around 30 years and their casual polo shirts were always excellent. Delighted to find this for sale.

  The seller is charging more for postage by Yodel which took 6 days to deliver than Royal Mail charge who take 2 days to deliver. The Woolworths box was excellently packed but there was no packing inside the Woolworths box to prevent the item from moving around in transit which it did damaging 6 bulbs. The seller offered a £2 Partial Refund which I accepted but felt should have been a little higher. The item was as described but was not really a good value purchase as it is only fit for spares.
