Printer arrived and the mains plug had a pin missing so I contacted the seller who said it must have happened in transit although there was no pin in the box and the item was well packaged. They apologised and reimbursed me the price of a plug so that I could buy one. Since then I have only managed to make the printer print once after multiple attempts connecting it to my phone AND laptop using the hp app and various other apps. It is useless!

Communication has been poor following the report of product being defective, with no satisfactory solution provided. As a result, the item will be returned via eBay's return policy to request a full refund. Will not recommend this company for their customer service.
