    Item not as described, we asked for a refund and seller gave IMMEDIATE refund, including shipping, AND apologized, AND didn't even ask for the item back. How can any seller show more integrity than this one? I don't think Ebay shouldn't allow anybody with fewer than 100 transactions to leave negative feedback. It's not fair to sellers!

    The lamp parts arrived today in great shape. Packing was the best and shipping was fast. Seller was an excellent communicator and was very generous. This purchase was better than described and a great value. Will repeat business with this seller if given the opportunity.

    Package had reasonable shipping prices for the weight and it came in a timely manner, exactly as shown. Relatively good price for the model. The package left a little to be desired there was a hole in the box but it was very protected and doesnt appear to have any damage from the shipping.

    I was somewhat disappointed in the seller response to my communication regarding damage to 2 items that wasn't in the original photos. The feedback was meant to possibly avoid damage in transit on future orders, by improving packaging. Response of "Sorry" didn't make my day. The item was also delayed in shipping, but that's on the post office. It was shipped on the 3rd and received on the 12th.

    The price on this used item was better than fair; particularly when compared with other sellers/options. The box was exactly as described, including wear, nicks, etc. There were no surprises. Item shipped very quickly and arrived fast. Seller used padding, strong tape, and a sufficient box for holding the large item. Cost for shipping was very reasonable.
