  Unfortunately, the responsiveness was short-lived, as the seller never followed through with a meeting to troubleshoot the issue. I opened a case. The seller turned defensive and blamed me for the problem, saying that the camera was never supposed to take photos, only videos. They changed their listing to reflect that. Seeing someone in the paranormal community treat a customer with disrespect and blame them is disheartening. Buyers, Beware.
