  Arrived fast, well packaged, however the TV had an internal fault when turned on :( contacted company and I have to say had the best customer service from Chloe who guided me through the return process with a replacement sent! The TV works perfectly!! Simply can not fault the customer service at all! Communication every day and very helpful! 10/10!! TV itself is awesome and I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to buy from! Value for money n fantastic picture quality! Cheers!

  Very happy with seller, products as described great price. Only issue was with delivery company who put wrong address down for delivery driver, which delayed item. Called seller and spoke with Lee who was very efficient and resolved the issue and kept me informed, he is a credit to the company and very professional.

  Item exactly as described, in fact better, a real quality BBQ. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a small BBQ. Unfortunately, it was damaged in transit, but still usable if you don’t mind the lid being dented! I contacted the supplier and the issue was dealt with by a representative called Nikki. She resolved the matter quickly, proficiently and without any hassle or complications. I recommend ReliantDirect to any prospective purchaser whatever they may be interested in buying.

  Everything went smooth from start to finish. The item was as described, well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Delivery was fast and I was updated constantly, via text and email. Delivery slot was given and I was called 30 mins before delivery by the driver, the delivery company was excellent, the delivery guys were polite and really helpful a credit to their company. I would recommend this company again.

  Absolutely first class service would not hesitate to recommend ,questions I asked before purchase were answered within hours ,the tv came in less than 24 hours in its original sealed factory packaging 5 year warranty included I paid around £400 less for same package than I would have done with one of the main High street chains.
