  Super fast delivery, had missing item but communication was amazing & even had a phone call to let me know that it was on way. No issue or hassle. Amazing customer service, product amazing & already has made such a difference to my life and amazing value & condition as I believe it was a display product. Only thing I would say maybe a bit more packaging inside as couriers are awful with handling & box outside was damaged & a bit opened. Would happily buy again from them! Highly recommend! :)

ReliMobility truly have gone above and beyond with this sale.The rollator arrived being extremely well packaged with items inside arriving in pristine condition.Great communication through out and listened to my needs and acted upon them with no hesitation. The quality of this item is fantastic and well worth the asking price. after a few bolts were installed the it truly is a quality item. Relimobility truly are worth the positive feedback.

  Unfortunately we initially received the wrong product but the supplier was very quick to resolve this problem, sending us the correct goods , and refunding us the price so we received it with no charge. Mistakes happen, we all make them, but they were outstanding in resolving the problem so would not hesitate to buy from them again.

  Unfortunately after ordering this item, despite the seller shipping it quickly, it was returned by the Courier to the seller due to them having seriously damaged it before it reached me. The seller called me by phone to explain and refunded my payment immediately. A very good service by seller in circumstances beyond their control. Thank you.

  Walker is excellent quality and excellent value.You used DHL for delivery which was terrible, they said they would deliver Wednesday and it showed on the tracking, it never came,same happened Thursday and then Friday it was delivered.It said it was signed for but it wasn't,no one was in and it was just left leaning against the front door where anyone could of taken it.Luckily no one did.
