    Great overall experience - possibly the best refurbed purchase I've made. The computer itself arrived quickly and in great shape, and impressively (and environmentally soundly) packaged. And I had been confused by something on their site and reached out to them, they responded within the same day. Beyond that, I was concerned an i5 intel chip mac wouldn't meet my needs as I have an M1 Macbook, but it really is great for my needs. All to say, very happy.
