  Just as described fast delivery, I ordered 2 of the remotes but only 1 was delivered a quick e.mail to the firm sorted things out and the second arrived 2 days later. Any firm can look good when things go well what's more important is if they can quickly solve a problem should one arise. This firm did solve the problem without any fuss and only a slight delay, very happy with there service and would be happy to buy from them again.
