  The description states: "Packaged in a resealable airtight packet". The image of the glass jar shows the activated charcoal blended with oils to use as a scrub, as shown on the lady's face holding the jar. You may notice there are also images of bars of soap and a bottle of liquid in the image. It is all designed to show you how the image may be used. There is also a pile of powder which is what you are buying.
