  This seller, Renewablesolar, cancelled my order because he could not find the logistics. I told him to use Shunyou Post because other seller use this logistics to deliver to my country, Gibraltar. He did not. He Lied when he reported that l, the buyer, had cancelled, when it was him who cancelled. He refunded my money but l received less than what l paid him. This seller is lncompetent and a Liar to put it mildly!

  The item arrived but did not work. Seller was very responsive and attempted every option to get the inverter to work. I ended up getting a partial refund and a replacement board that seemed to fail and we both concluded to. Unfortunately the Inverter still did not work. Seller offered to full refund after returning and still offered an additional 20% odd their store items for the hassle. Excellent seller and would buy from again!
