The laptop i ordered was as described and came well packaged. The reason for the 4 star rating and not 5 is because the charger they supplied did not work. They were very responsive when i told them about the issue and offered to replace the charger if i send it back to them but i just thought i'd purchase a charger myself to save messing around posting the old one back.
