First I received an email asking for clarification, they said I ordered the refurbished one. I sent pics of order and sticker on the box that said refurbished. After that, they only replied in French!!!! I don't speak French, this is the USA!!!!!! Customer service is horrible!!! Don't even waste your time trying to call, no one ever answers!!!!!
