    A big positive for sale, seller and packaging. Unfortunately, a big negative for Royal mail. 2 attempts at delivery when I was at work and parcel was not left with neighbour as would have been the case if it were my normal postie. Had to go to depot this morning to collect. Despite the hassle I am very pleased with the converse.
