    I phone 11 in mint condition with 78% battery sent in as new original box with correct IMEI no. etc as we were goin to sell the phone on. We chose this listing to replace the battery as the ebay listing stated 100% battery health no battery warnings However we received the phone back nearly 2 weeks later in a tatty samsung box with phone showing no battery health and a battery warning message. Now totally unsaleable appalling service ! I'm now contacting ebay !
