    My experience with Rephael's was excellent! The item was described as new and it came in an unopened cellophane wrap. I was able to register it for a full warranty. The seller answered all of my questions and was quick to offer help if needed. I requested that the shipment be held back a few days so that I would be in town when the package arrived.
