I ordered this product because it It stated New in Box. It was not new and the box was taped closed & a piece of the top of the box missing. I took the concealer out and pulled out the wand and liquid came pouring out. It had water added to the product to make it appear new. I have purchased this product before from a sticks and bricks store and know this is not how many concealer presents. It was altered. I immediately messaged him, he apologized and refunded me. The damage was already done.
