  The cover arrived but only has two securing straps instead of the three in the listing. Hence it didn’t fix to the seat properly and moved around. It’s not useable on my bike. I contacted the seller and sent them a photo. They replied within 24 hours and gave me a full refund.

  Unfortunately the vendor sent the item which arrived damaged . I don’t think it was down to the vendor but in transit. I reported it to the vendor and a replacement item sent. This too arrived damaged. The vendor did offer a refund after the first time but I chose to get a replacement. After the second time I chose to be refunded. The vendor was very nice all the way through the process
